Lauren Crowe, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, joins Re:nu 180 Medspa’s Newington location with a wealth of experience and a deep passion for aesthetics. Lauren is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over six years of clinical expertise and a heartfelt commitment to helping clients feel beautiful.
Lauren’s journey into aesthetics is rooted in her belief that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. As she explains, “I love aesthetics. I love making people feel confident and great in their own skin.” For Lauren, aesthetics isn’t about drastically changing how someone looks—it’s about enhancing their natural beauty and restoring what time may have taken away. A simple yet powerful idea guides her philosophy: “People should do what makes them feel good about themselves—you only live once.”
Lauren’s approach to aesthetic treatments is centered on achieving natural, timeless results. She believes in the power of small, thoughtful changes that enhance her clients’ unique features, helping them age gracefully while maintaining their individuality. Whether it’s Botox® to soften fine lines or Kybella® (her favorite product) to sculpt the perfect jawline, Lauren is passionate about treatments that deliver meaningful transformations. She takes pride in creating an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and excited about their results.
Before joining Re:nu 180, Lauren honed her skills at Ideal Image in West Hartford and Milan Laser in Newington, where she performed Botox® injections, IPL photofacials, and laser hair removal. These experiences deepened her passion for aesthetics, particularly facial rejuvenation, which she’s thrilled to focus on exclusively at Re:nu 180. Lauren views her work as both a science and an art, blending her clinical knowledge with her artistic eye to achieve results that look effortless and natural.
Lauren’s path to aesthetics began with her solid foundation in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rivier University in New Hampshire and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Quinnipiac University. Her clinical career spanned hospitals like Yale New Haven Health, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Waterbury Hospital, where she worked in settings ranging from pediatric intensive care to cardiac units. These experiences gave her a profound understanding of patient care and an ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with her Golden Labrador, and exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie. At Re:nu 180, Lauren is excited to combine her love for aesthetics with her dedication to personalized care, helping each client look and feel their best.
